Deposit Policy
The Danai requires a deposit of 100% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel.
For stays in suites, a 50% deposit is required by midnight (local time), 14 days before arrival; the remaining balance is due seven days before arrival.
For stays in villas, a 60% deposit is required by midnight (local time), 29 days before arrival; the remaining balance is due 14 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
For stays in suites, cancellations are free up to midnight (local time), 15 days before arrival. Cancellations made between 14 and eight days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total stay amount; those made later, no-shows and early departures will be charged in full.
For stays in villas, cancellations are free up to midnight (local time), 30 days before arrival. Cancellations made between 29 and 15 days before arrival will be charged 60% of the total stay amount; those made later, no-shows and early departures will be charged in full.
