Deposit Policy

Como Parrot Cay requires a deposit of 50% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due on check-out. For stays from 21 December 21 to 3 January, a 50 per cent deposit is required when booking, and the remainder must be paid by 1 September at which point the stay is non refundable. The hotel requires a credit card for authorisation.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival forfeit the deposit. For bookings from 21 December to 3 January, cancellations made after 01st September will be charged in full. All cancellations must be received in writing and confirmed received by the hotel or its representative. Late arrivals and early departures will be charged accordingly.
