Deposit Policy

Como Cocoa Island requires a deposit of 50% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due on check-out. A 50 per cent deposit (paid by credit card or bank transfer) is needed to confirm all bookings. For bookings over the festive season (23 December 2019 to 5 January 2020; 20 December 2020 to 10 January 2021), the remaining balance is due 120 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made between 30 and 15 days before arrival will incur a 50 per cent penalty charge. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will be charged in full. Bookings made for stays from 23 December 2019 to January 5 2020 and 20 December 2020 to 10 January 2021 must be fully prepaid 120 days before arrival. Bookings for these dates will be subject to the following cancellation conditions: Cancellations made from 90 to 61 days before arrival will be charged 50 per cent of the total stay. Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival will be charged in full. For offers: Cancellation of reservation will result in the deposit being forfeited. Late cancellation within 14 days of arrival or no-show and early departures will be subject to 100% cancellation. Cancellations to seaplane transfers must be received 72 hours before departure or will be charged in full.
