Deposit Policy

Chileno Bay Resort & Residences requires a deposit of a two-night stay, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due on check-out. For one-night stays, a deposit of the room rate for that night will be taken when booking. For festive stays (16 December 2022 to 1 January 2023 and from 15 to 31 December 2023), after the two-night deposit taken at the time of booking, the balance is then taken 90 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

For stays from 1 June to 30 September 2024, cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival will be charged two nights stay plus taxes and fees. For stays from 1 January to 31 May 2024 and 1 October to 19 December 2024, cancellations made less than 28 days before arrival will be charged two nights stay plus taxes and fees. For stays from 20 December 2024 to 5 January 2025, cancellations made less than 90 days before arrival will be charged in full.
