Deposit Policy

Casas del XVI requires a deposit of a one-night stay, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due on check-in. For packages a 50 per cent deposit is required for each room booked.

Cancellation Policy

The deposit will be refunded for cancellations made more than 48 hours before arrival; cancellations made after this time will be charged for one night’s stay.
