Deposit Policy

Caldera House requires a deposit of 20% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. For stays on the flexible policy between 6 January to 9 April 2023 and 1 June to 10 October 2023, a 20% deposit is required at the time of booking with the remaining balance due 21 days before arrival. For stays during the festive season, a 20% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking with the remaining balance due 21 days before arrival. Any refunds re subject to a 3.5% transaction fee.

Cancellation Policy

For stays on the flexible policy between 6 January to 9 April 2023 and 1 June to 10 October 2023, cancellations made more than 21 days before arrival will be refunded the 20% deposit (with the exception of a 3.5% transaction fee). Cancellations made within 21 days of arrival will be charged for the stay in full. For stays during the festive season, cancellations made more than 21 days before arrival will be charged 20% of the total stay; those made later will be charged in full.

This 465sq m four-bedroom suite is on the top floor of the hotel, giving it high ceilings and sweeping views of Rendezvous Mountain from the living area. The heart of the suite is an open-plan living space, half of which is given over to a stylish lounge with vast windows that lead out to a private terrace, where there’s a firepit and alfresco dining area. On the other side of the rooms is the kitchen and dining area, a dark-hued and industrial styled space that can easily host a dinner for 10. wo of the bedrooms have a king-size bed, the third has twins and the fourth has two bunk beds. Each has a spacious ensuite bathroom with a bath tub and shower (the master bedroom has a freestanding roll-top bath tub and a dual rainfall shower and a steam room).
