Deposit Policy

Boardwalk Boutique Hotel Aruba requires a deposit of a one-night stay, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. Full payment is required 30 days prior to the arrival date.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival will be charged in full. Refunds and date changes are not permitted within the 30 day period. If you cannot travel due to government restrictions or a positive COVID-19 test result and must cancel within the penalty period, you have the option to reschedule the reservation to a later date valid for 12 months maximum. Please note that proof of government travel restrictions or a positive COVID-19 test must be provided along with your request of cancellation. The positive test result must correspond to the registered guest(s) on the reservation.
