Deposit Policy

Bill & Coo Suites & Lounge requires a deposit of 50% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. For flexible rate bookings in April, May and from 16 September to 31 October, 50% of the total stay amount is required 30 days before arrival; the remaining balance is due 14 days before arrival. For flexible rate bookings from 1 June to 15 September, full prepayment is due 30 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

For stays in April, May and from 16 September to 31 October, cancellations are free up to 14 days before arrival; those made between 14 and eight days of arrival will be charged 50% of the total stay amount; those made within seven days of arrival will be charged in full. For stays from 1 June to 15 September, cancellations are free up to 21 days before arrival; those made within 21 and eight days of arrival will be charged 50% of the total stay amount; those made seven days before arrival will be charged in full. At all times, no-shows and early departures will be charged in full.
