Deposit Policy

Astra Suites requires a deposit of 50% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. The remaining balance is due two days before arrival. For bookings made on the Non-Refunable rates, a 100 per cent non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Please be aware that cancellations made less than 21 days before arrival will incur a charge of 50 percent. Please be aware that cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival will incur a charge in full.

Most of these 25–40sq m suites are on Astra’s higher floors, offering more privacy and great views of the volcano and sunsets over the sea from their private balcony or terrace, and offering a bit more privacy than lower category rooms. The white-walled living room and bedroom with a queen-size bed both have plenty of space (some can accommodate a third guest on a built-in single sofa bed in the living room for €100 a night).
