Deposit Policy

Amanoi requires a deposit of 50% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. For stays during the festive season (18 December 2023 to 3 January 2024 and 18 December 2024 to 3 January 2025), a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 60 days before arrival. For stays in peak season (26 April to 5 May 2023, 1 to 9 October 2023, 7 to 15 February 2024, 26 March to 1 April 2024, 27 April to 5 May 2024, 1 to 9 October 2024 and 26 January to 3 February 2025), a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 30 days before arrival. For all other stays, full prepayment is required 15 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

For stays during the festive season (18 December 2023 to 3 January 2024 and 18 December 2024 to 3 January 2025), cancellations are free up to 60 days before arrival; those made later, no-shows and early departures will be charged 50% of the total stay. For stays in peak season (26 April to 5 May 2023, 1 to 9 October 2023, 7 to 15 February 2024, 26 March to 1 April 2024, 27 April to 5 May 2024, 1 to 9 October 2024 and 26 January to 3 February 2025), cancellations are free up to 30 days before arrival; those made later, no-shows and early departures will be charged for two nights (plus tax).
