Deposit Policy
Amangani requires a deposit of 50% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival.
For stays from 11 to 20 February 2021, 17 June to 30 September 2021, and 10 to 26 February 2022, the remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.
For stays from 16 December 2020 to 2 January 2021, and 17 December 2021 to 2 January 2022, the remaining balance is due 63 days before arrival.
For stays at all other times, the remaining balance is due 14 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
For stays from 11 to 20 February 2021, 17 June to 30 September 2021, and 10 to 26 February 2022, cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will forfeit the 50 per cent deposit and 50 per cent balance payment, so a penalty charge of 100 per cent of the stay.
For stays from 16 December 2020 to 2 January 2021, and 17 December 2021 to 2 January 2022, cancellations made within 63 days of arrival will forfeit the 50 per cent deposit and 50 per cent balance payment, so a penalty charge of 100 per cent of the stay.
For stays at all other times, cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will forfeit the 50 per cent deposit and 50 per cent balance payment, so a penalty charge of 100 per cent of the stay.
