Deposit Policy

Amandari requires a deposit of 50% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. For bookings during peak season (14 July to 31 August 2021), a 50 per cent deposit is required when booking; the remaining balance must be paid 30 days before arrival. For bookings between 21 December 2020 to 3 January 2021, full payment is required 45 days before arrival. For bookings between 24 December 2021 to 4 January 2022, a 50 per cent deposit is required when booking; the remaining balance must be paid 45 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

For stays during the festive period (21 December 2020 to 3 January 2021, and 24 December 2021 to 4 January 2022), cancellations received fewer than 45 days in advance will be charged in full, plus tax. During peak season (14 July to 31 August every year), cancellations received fewer than 30 days in advance will be charged for the first two nights, plus tax. At all other times, cancellations received fewer than seven days in advance will be charged for the first two nights, plus tax.
