Cancellation Policy

For stays in high season 11 to 15 August 2023, 1 to 8 October 2023, 7 to 14 February 2024, 9 to 14 August 2024, and 1 to 6 October 2024) cancellations made by 3pm (local time) 14 days before arrival will not be charged; those made later will be charged in full. No-shows and early departures will be charged in full. For stays in peak season (1 November to 9 December 2023, 22 December 2023 to 3 January 2024, 15 March 2024 to 14 April 2024, 26 April 2024 to 7 May 2024, 1 November 2024 to 8 December 2024 and 21 to 31 December 2024) cancellations made by 3pm (local time) 30 days before arrival will not be charged; those made later will be charged in full. No-shows and early departures will be charged in full. For stays throughout the rest of the year cancellations made by 3pm (local time) seven days before arrival will not be charged; those made later will be charged for one night, plus tax. For stays in Takagamine Suite, Takagamine Pavilion and Washigamine Pavilion, cancellations made within 60 days of arrival will be charged 20 per cent of the total stay; cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will be charged 40 per cent of the total stay; cancellations made within seven days of arrival will be charged in full (plus tax).
