Deposit Policy
Aman-i-Khás requires a deposit of 50% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival.
For stays during peak season (8 January to 30 April 2024, 1 October to 19 December 2024, 6 January to 30 April 2025, 1 October to 19 December 2025 and 6 January to 31 March 2026), a 50% deposit is required when booking, and the remaining balance is required 60 days before arrival.
For stays during festive season (20 December 2024 to 5January 2025 and 17 December 2025 to 5 January 2026), a 50% deposit is required when booking, and the remaining balance is required 90 days before arrival.
At all other times, a 50% deposit is required when booking and the remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
For stays during peak season (8 January to 30 April 2024, 1 October to 19 December 2024, 6 January to 30 April 2025, 1 October to 19 December 2025 and 6 January to 31 March 2026), cancellations are free up to 60 days before arrival; those made later, no-shows and early departures will be charged in full.
For stays during festive season (20 December 2024 to 5 January 2025 and 17 December 2025 to 5 January 2026), cancellations are free up to 90 days before arrival; those made later, no-shows and early departures will be charged in full.
At all other times, cancellations are free up to 30 days before arrival; those made later, no-shows and early departures will be charged in full.
