Getting there

• Planes

  Fly into LAX, then connect to Santa Barbara Airport (a one-hour flight), which is a 40-minute drive away.

• Trains

  Amtrak runs a two-and-a-half hour rail service from Los Angeles’ Union Station to Santa Barbara Amtrak (45 minutes away by car).

• Automobiles

  Los Olivos is a two-and-a-half hour drive from Los Angeles. A car is recommended for exploring the other key wine destinations of the Santa Ynez Valley; Los Alamos, Buellton, Solvang and Ballard are all less than 15 minutes away.
