Deposit Policy

Koia All-Suite Wellbeing Resort requires a deposit of 50% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due on check-in. For semi-flexible rates, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total stay will be charged when booking, and the full amount will be charged 14 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Please be aware that cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival will incur a charge in full. Please be aware that cancellations made less than 1 hour before arrival will incur a charge in full.
