Deposit Policy

Cobblers Cove Barbados requires a deposit of 50% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due on check-out. For stays between 8 January 2024 to 30 November 2024, fifty per cent is due at the time of booking, remaining payment is due 30 days before arrival. For bookings made within 30 days of arrival, full payment is required upon booking confirmation. For stays during the festive season (17 December 2024 and 7 January 2025) full Payment is due at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

For stays between 4 January 2023 to 16 December 2023 & 8 January 2024 to 30 November 2024, cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will be charged 50 per cent of the total stay; those made within 14 days of arrival will be charged in full. For stays during the festive season (17 December 2023 to 7 January 2024), cancellations made within 90 days of arrival will be charged 50 per cent of the total stay; cancellations made within 60 days of arrival will be charged 100 per cent of the total stay. At all time, no-shows will be charged in full.
