No deposit is required, however bookings in the Ludlow Penthouse are non refundable within 5 days of arrival. The property will pre authorize the amount of the stay + $75 per night for incidentals at check in.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of one night's room and tax. Any changes to departure date must be made 24 hours prior to arrival. All penthouse bookings have a 48 hour cancellation policy.
