Deposit Policy

The Villa Bentota requires a deposit of a one-night stay, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due on check-out. If you wish to reserve multiple rooms, 50 per cent of the total rate for all rooms must be paid when booking. For Christmas and New Year’s Eve stays, a non-refundable deposit of 25 per cent of the total stay will be charged when booking.

Cancellation Policy

Please be aware that cancellations made less than 15 days before arrival will incur a charge of 50 percent.
