Villa l'Ancienne Poste Télégraphe by Mougins Luxury Hotel is a palatial six-bedroom former post office in the heart of the celebrated food-focused town Mougins, on the Côte d’Azur. The mail sacks and stamp books are long gone, replaced with sleek modern design and bespoke furniture. Yet the historic character is preserved, too, in exposed masonry, oak-beamed ceilings and original stone fireplaces. Iron-framed arched glass doors open onto the expansive gardens, boules pitch, and the sheltered courtyard pool. For once, going to the post office is anything but a chore.
