Hillside Villa Agave is a bright and boho-styled stay, 15 minutes from Ibiza Town. This family-friendly villa has three bedrooms, including two master bedrooms, and an open-plan living space. Spend your days running around the fully enclosed sea-view grounds or floating in the saltwater infinity pool, and in the evenings just fire up the alfresco barbecue for leisurely dinners on the sunset-blessed terrace.

  • The open-plan living area has a large L-shaped sofa, sea-facing picture windows and an oval dining table that seats up to six guests.
  • The fully equipped kitchen is at the far end of the open-plan living space; it has all modern kit, including an espresso machine, large fridge, three ovens and an electric hob.
  • There’s a washer and dryer in the separate laundry room.
  • The villa also sports a fully-equipped gym.

  • The 20sq m master bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. It’s on the third floor and has a private sea-view terrace with a table and chairs and an alfresco shower.
  • Bedroom 2 (20 sq m), the second master, has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. This sea-view room is on the top floor.
  • Sea-view Bedroom 3 (20sq m) has a double bed and has access to a bathroom – just across the corridor – with a shower.

  • The 60sq m saltwater infinity pool is lined with blue tiles and is approximately 1.8 metres deep throughout, with some slight variations.
  • The pool can be seen from most parts of the villa and is surrounded by a terrace with eight sunloungers.
  • During low season the pool can be heated on request.

  • The sea-view covered dining space is on the side terrace, next to the fully equipped barbecue.
  • In the lower grounds there’s a petanque court, a ping-pong table and a lounge terrace flanked by olive and sabina trees.
  • There’s parking for two cars inside the enclosed grounds and additional street parking to the front of the villa.
