Hilltop hideaway Sa Serra in Ibiza is shrouded with pine forests, a short walk from the buzzy, beautiful beaches of Cala Conta. The sea-facing sanctuary has a double-height entrance, reached through a carved wooden door – and the design just keeps on getting better within. The main living space on the ground floor is set over three areas, which can be sequestered off by glass doors or curtains as you choose. There’s a sunset-ready dining terrace, a shaded barbecue and bar and a fancy, fully-equipped kitchen. The villa suits its White Isle setting down to a tee – just about everything (warning: this includes the sofas) is white.
