Modern luxury finca Sa Punta de S’Aguila is set high on a hilltop within a private gated estate. This honey-hued stone villa is traditionally Mallorcan on the outside, and elegantly understated on the inside, with exposed wooden ceiling-beams, a neutral colour palette, terracotta-tiled floors, a cosy fireplace in the living room, and walls punctuated by bright modern art. The tiered grounds have plenty to keep guests entertained: a saltwater pool with ocean views here, an outdoor cushion-lined den to lounge in there, a barbecue to fire up… Full-board dining makes the party planning and aftermath a breeze, too.
