Deposit Policy

Monteverdi Tuscany requires a deposit of 100% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. Rooms & Suites Deposit Policy: The full amount will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking 7 days before arrival. Private Village Houses Deposit Policy: A valid credit card is required at the time of booking. 60 days before arrival, a 50% non-refundable deposit will be charged to the credit card. The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Rooms & Suites Cancellation Policy: You can cancel for free up to 4pm (local time) 7 days before arrival. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival, no shows and early departures will be charged in full. You can cancel for free up to 4pm (local time) 60 days before arrival. For cancellations made within 30 days of arrival, the 50% deposit can be used as credit towards a future stay within 12 months of the original travel date. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival, no shows and early departures will be charged in full.
