At The Ian Fleming Villa on Jamaica’s gilded Goldeneye estate, you’ll want tomorrow to never die – not when the property is such a spectacular spectre. The world’s most famous spy was created at a desk within these four walls, probably with the help of several martinis. It’s adjacent to the famous hotel, but this secluded sanctuary will feel like its own private island, with a beach, pool and tropical gardens, with a super-squad staff that keeps things ticking over as if M were supervising. The history and intrigue is palpable, and even a few genuine 007s have passed through (we’re looking at you, Pierce Brosnan). It’s a Dr Yes from us.
