Surveying the caldera from a prime clifftop perch, The Villa at Grace Santorini is an awe-inspiring escape at one of the island’s most coveted hotels. Inside, it’s a whitewashed hideaway hewn from volcanic rock and decked out in striking modern furnishings with all the luxury essentials. Indulgence is imperative here; enjoy romantic, fireside meals on the sunset-view terrace, pamper yourself in the in-villa spa and spend hours lazing in the heated pool overlooking the ocean. Stray away from the villa to make the most of the hotel's good graces; cocktails and bubbles compete for attention at the Champagne Lounge, and there’s a menu of Greek greats at the hotel’s intimate Santoro restaurant.
