  • This modern, blonde wood-accented villa is crafted from Mallorcan stone, and is set in a secluded spot within the grounds of the Fontsanta Hotel. The villa is on two floors, with a total ground space of 160sq m.
  • On the ground floor, there’s a living room decorated in neutral colours with a beamed ceiling, whitewashed walls and white stone floors. A corner sofa faces the sliding doors leading to the terrace, and there’s a dining table with seating for four.
  • There’s no kitchen, but room service is available between noon and 10.30pm; the restaurant in the main hotel is also open to guests.
  • One bedroom is on the ground floor, and the master suite is on the floor above, accessed by a set of floating wooden steps.

  • The master suite, on the first floor (80sq m) also has a king-size bed (that can be converted into twins on request), and an ensuite, marble-and-wood bathroom with a walk-in shower. A private, 16sq m terrace has alfresco seating and views of the Es Trenc Natural Park.
