Deposit Policy

Como Shambhala Estate requires a deposit of 50% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due on check-out.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations of confirmed bookings must be received in writing by the hotel. Cancellations made from 15 to 30 days before arrival date will be charged 50 per cent of the total booking. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will be charged for the total stay. For bookings from 20 December to 6 January cancellations made from 31 to 60 days before arrival date will be charged 50 per cent of the total booking. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will be charged for the total stay. Late arrivals no shows and early departures will be charged for the total stay.
