Luxury South African villa Cape Kadu has mansion proportions – bright-white and mid-century modern in style, it sleeps up to 14 over three storeys and also manages to fit in a gym, spa area, sauna and various terraces and lounge spaces. However, even this expansive residence is dwarfed by the bulk of Table Mountain, which rears up majestically behind it. Still, it doesn’t feel insignificant, with the best views in Cape Town all around (the national park, City Bowl, Lion’s Head, Devil’s Peak), you’re very nearly on top of the world…
