The open-plan living area has cosy sofas for indoor lounging, and there’s a sea-view alfresco lounge area by the pool for sun-soaked relaxing with an ice-cool drink in hand. Lazy days can be spent floating in the photogenic pool, and Talamanca Beach is nearby, where you can stretch out on the soft white sand. In the evenings, leisurely meals can be taken on the terrace, where you can watch the stars shine over Formentera.

  • The fully equipped kitchen has a large island, stone countertops and top-of-the-line appliances, including a teppanyaki cooking top. Floor-to-ceiling windows ensure sea views, even when you’re scrambling eggs.

  • Set on the first floor, the master bedroom (70sq m) has a spacious, open-plan layout; it has a double bed, large (100sq m) private sun terrace, and a large walk-in wardrobe. The ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower and a windowside bath tub with views of the grounds.
  • On the lower floor, Bedroom 2 (30sq m) has direct access to a sun terrace that leads out to the pool area. There’s also a double bed, small walk-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with a shower.
  • Bedroom 3 has direct access to the gardens and shares a bathroom (with a shower) with Bedroom 4. This 24sq m room has a double bed and wardrobes just outside in the hall way.
  • Bedroom 4 has direct access to a side walkway that leads to the pool area and shares a bathroom (with a shower) with Bedroom 3. This 25sq m room has a double bed and and wardrobes just outside in the hall.
  • Bedroom 5 (30sq m) has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
  • Bedroom 6 (20sq m) has a double bed, a walk-in wardrobe, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
  • Bedrooms 5 and 6 share a sun terrace. These rooms have their own entrance and do not have direct access to the main villa.
