Situated in the green hills of central Ibiza, villa Casa Valentina is a Modernist-inspired pad of straight lines and minimalist design. Arranged across one floor, the low-slung property has open-plan spaces and concrete ceilings, lending it an elegant industrial look. Floor-to-ceiling windows are a major feature throughout, flooding the villa with light and giving every room a verdant garden view. Outside, there’s multiple terraced areas, manicured lawns and a 20m heated pool. Wilder land extends away from the house, ensuring privacy while giving the adventurous a place to explore – the use of a Range Rover is thrown in as part of the rate. And for all its lean looks, the villa also has a cinema room, mini football pitch and kids playhouse, making it very family-friendly option too.
