Deposit Policy

Amanzoe requires a deposit of 50% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. For off-peak stays in Pavilions (1 September to 30 November 2023, 1 April to 19 June 2024 and 1 September to 20 November 2024) a 50% deposit is required to secure the booking and the remaining balance will be charged 15 days before arrival. For peak-season stays in Pavilions (15 June to 31 August 2023 and 20 June to 31 August 2024) a deposit of 50% of the total stay is required when booking; the remaining balance will be charged 30 days before arrival. For off-peak stays in Villas (1 September to 30 November 2023, 1 April to 19 June 2024 and 1 September to 20 November 2024) a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total stay is required when booking; the remaining balance will be charged 30 days before arrival. For peak-season stays in Villas (15 June to 31 August 2023 and 20 June to 31 August 2024) a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total stay will be charged when booking, and a second non-refundable deposit of 25% of the stay must be paid 60 days before arrival; the remaining balance will be charged 30 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

For off-peak stays in Pavilions (1 September to 30 November 2023, 1 April to 19 June 2024 and 1 September to 20 November 2024) cancellations made three to 15 days before arrival will be charged for 50% of the stay plus tax; those made within three days of arrival, early departures and no-shows will be charged in full plus tax. For peak-season stays in Pavilions (15 June to 31 August 2023 and 20 June to 31 August 2024) cancellations made 15 to 30 days before arrival will be charged for 50% of the stay plus tax; those made within 15 days of arrival, early departures and no-shows will be charged in full plus tax. For off-peak stays in Villas (1 September to 30 November 2023, 1 April to 19 June 2024 and 1 September to 20 November 2024) cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival forfeit the 20% deposit; those made within 30 days of arrival, early departures and no-shows will be charged in full. For peak-season stays in Villas (15 June to 31 August 2023 and 20 June to 31 August 2024) cancellations made up to 60 days before arrival will forfeit the 25% deposit; those made 30 to 60 days before arrival will forfeit the 50% of the total stay; and cancellations made within 30 days of arrival, early departures and no-shows will be charged in full.
