Deposit Policy
Amanzoe requires a deposit of 50% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival.
For pavilion bookings during peak season (28 May to 12 September 2020 and 28 May to 18 September 2021), a deposit of 50 per cent of the total stay is required when booking; the remaining balance must be paid 30 days before arrival. For off-peak stays (1 April to 27 May and 13 September to 30 November 2020, and 1 April to 27 May and 19 September to 30 November 2021), a credit card is required to book and full payment must be made 15 days before arrival.
For villa bookings during peak season, (28 May to 12 September 2020 and 28 May to 18 September 2021), a non-refundable deposit of 25 per cent of the total stay is required when booking, another 25 per cent of the total stay is required 60 days before arrival and the remaining 50 per cent must be paid 30 days before arrival. For off-peak bookings (1 April to 27 May and 13 September to 30 November 2020, and 1 April to 27 May and 19 September to 30 November 2021), a non-refundable deposit of 20 per cent is required when booking; the balance must be paid 30 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
For pavilion bookings during peak season (28 May to 12 September 2020 and 28 May to 18 September 2021), cancellations made 15 to 30 days before arrival will be charged 50 per cent of the total stay (plus tax); cancellations made within 15 days of arrival will be charged in full. For off-peak bookings (1 April to 27 May and 13 September to 30 November 2020, and 1 April to 27 May and 19 September to 30 November 2021), cancellations made three to 15 days before arrival will be charged 50 per cent of the total stay (plus tax); cancellations made within three days of arrival will be charged in full.
For villa bookings during peak season (28 May to 12 September 2020 and 28 May to 18 September 2021), cancellations made 60 days or more before arrival will be charged 25 per cent of the total stay; cancellations made 30 to 60 days before arrival will be charged 50 per cent of the total stay; and cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will be charged in full.
For off-peak villa bookings (1 April to 27 May and 13 September to 30 November 2020, and 1 April to 27 May and 19 September to 30 November 2021), cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will be charged in full. Early departures and no-shows will be charged in full.
