I’ve been working in travel, since finishing my Geography degree and taking a year-long adventure around Southeast Asia. It was on that post-university holiday that I firmly caught the travel bug and I’ve been jetting off as much as possible ever since. I love planning road trips around Italy and longer itineraries taking in the highlights of Southeast Asia; Vietnam and the lantern-lined streets of Hoi An are my pet favourites. Prefer longer stays in one place? I can help you plan private villa stays too.

Grand Hotel Tremezzo
I can’t get enough of this hotel’s glamour and amazing pool, which floats on the lake, surrounded by a wood-decked terrace.

Cliveden
You’ll feel like a true blue English aristocrat. Book a suite – all have unique features – and be sure to ask about the history of your room; my favourite is the Chinese Room, with its hand painted wallpaper. Be sure to check out the ah-inducing spa too.

The Malabar
I wish every morning could be a Malabar morning, where the delicious house blend ‘bed tea’ is brought to your door before Graham’s wonderful breakfasts. There’s a homemade afternoon tea after check-in, and you can help yourself to honesty bar G&Ts by the fireside in the evenings too.

Travel Tips
I never leave home without a portable charger for my phone; when I’m on the go I always have CityMapper and Instagram open.

Tuscany
My dream is to one day have a vineyard-surrounded summer house here. The food is fantastic, of course, and there are some wonderful walks around Chianti and little towns; Radda, a medieval walled town, is a firm favourite in my books.

Rome
To me, a holiday in Rome is like walking through a Dorling Kindersley encyclopedia, with ruins and statues at every turn. Add in the pizza, pasta and wine and that’s travel amore.

Luang Prabang
My favourite stop on my travels around Asia has to be Luang Prabang; it’s full of beautiful French architecture with an Asian twist. I recommend taking a boat down the Mekong before arriving in the city and wandering around its wine bars and beautiful Buddhist temples.
