Senior Travel Specialist
Officially boutique-hotel obsessed, I've travelled the world and visited 40 countries and more than 100 Smith hotels. I've fended off monkeys in Malaysia, have the inside scoop on Australia and Mexico, and love recommending Bali for honeymoons. I also have a nose for fab luxe-for-less options (Langkawi, Penang and Siem Reap are all excellent choices), and know the best urban retreats in New York, Paris and Florence. In my five years with Mr & Mrs Smith, I’ve helped countless members plan and book adventures of their own.

Blue Mountains, Australia
Emirates One&Only Wolgan Valley
The hotel is carbon-neutral, dedicated to reintroducing local Wollemi Pines to the area, and has so many on-site activities; I went out spotting kangaroos, wallabies and wombats, and had the best aromatherapy massage, thanks to the local herb-infused spa oils.View Hotel

Six Senses Yao Noi
We slept with the curtains open and woke up for sunrise over the limestone islands in the bay; there were dragonflies flitting around and it was so incredibly quiet and beautiful. The view from the infinity pool at the top of the hill is one of the best, and there's a free ice-cream room and a bakery; try the game-changing honey ice-cream.View Hotel
Cabarita Beach, Australia
I love the style of this petite hotel, with its brass details, shells and pineapples dotted around the bar, blue-and-white striped sunloungers and an ice-cream stand by the pool. The Aussie-led staff team are amazing, there's a fantastic cocktail list, and guests can borrow bikes for cycling along the coastal paths.?View Hotel
I always pack my Beach People Roundie towel for beach breaks. It's big enough to spread out and not get sand everywhere – it’s so annoying when that happens – and you can just rotate on it to catch the sun, rather than having to get up and readjust completely. I’m a big fan.
It’s so vibrantly full of colour, with the greenery of Ubud and its rice paddies, forests and mountain backdrop, and black-sand beaches. I love watching the rolling surf from the cliffs at Uluwatu and sunsets over Seminyak, and could eat for weeks at the amazing array of cool bars, cafés and restaurants in Canggu and Seminyak.View Hotels
The beaches of northern New South Wales and Byron Bay are beautiful, laid-back sweeps of sand. Australia's range of boutique stays and luxury lodges, including Longitude 131°, Emirates One&Only Wolgan Valley and Southern Ocean Lodge, are some of the most spectacular in the world in terms of unique settings and immersive experiences.View Hotels
I wish I was...
Snorkelling just off the beach under the arrival jetty at Royal Davui Island Resort and spying on a shy, colour-changing octopus. Fiji is my favourite place in the world for snorkelling; the coral reefs there are in fantastic condition and the sea life is so colourful and diverse.
