Whether you're new to Smith, a BlackSmith, SilverSmith, or GoldSmith member, we're giving you three per cent of what you spend on bookings as loyalty money for future stays. You’ll earn on any booking made before 10 April, whether your stay date is tomorrow or a year from now, domestic dalliance or bucket-list blowout. 

 

Your loyalty money will be available to use as soon as your stay is complete. You can use it towards future bookings on our site, or when you book over the phone with our in-house team of travel specialists.

    As a Mr & Mrs Smith member, you get money back on every booking you make. The loyalty money is deposited into your account on booking and is available to use as soon as your stay is complete.
  • How do I sign up?

    Becoming a member of the travel club for hotel lovers couldn’t be easier. Sign up for free and you’ll get access to member benefits, including loyalty money back on every booking, expert travel advice, free Smith Extras on arrival and exclusive hotel offers.
  • How can I spend it?

    Your loyalty money will be deposited into your account on booking and is available to use as soon as your stay is complete. You can put it towards bookings made on our site, or when you book over the phone with our in-house team of travel specialists. It can be used towards bookings made within two years, even if the stay date falls outside of that.
  • What do I get if I'm a BlackSmith?

    BlackSmiths earn 1% loyalty money back on every booking. We’re upping that to 3% for all bookings made before 10 April, 2023.
  • What do I get if I'm a SilverSmith?

    SilverSmiths earn 2% loyalty money back on every booking. We’re upping that to 3% for all bookings made before 10 April, 2023.
  • What do I get if I'm a GoldSmith?

    GoldSmiths earn 3% loyalty money back on every booking. That will remain the same for the promotional period.
  • What happens if I cancel my booking?

    Loyalty money becomes available when your stay is complete. If the booking is cancelled, the loyalty money will be removed from your account.
  • How do I view my loyalty credit?

    Just sign in to your account and you’ll be able to view your loyalty credit amount.
  • Can I spend my loyalty money on vouchers?

    Unfortunately, loyalty money can't be spent on Mr & Mrs Smith gift vouchers.
