On the surface, Santorini isn’t geared up for singletons, with its bridal-white buildings (often accessorised with actual brides taking photoshoots) and rows of coupled-up terraces awaiting breathtaking sunsets. Imerovigli is deep in honeymoon territory with its glamorous bars and upscale stays, plus its dramatic viewpoints for Skaros Rock soaring out of the sapphire-blue caldera waters.
