Who can enter?
Any current employee of the NHS or a care home (whether it’s council-owned or privately-run) can enter. Using your work email address, fill in your details using the form linked on this page and then you’ll be eligible to receive a night away at a Mr & Mrs Smith hotel in the UK.
Is there a limit to how many times I can enter?
Yes, only one entry per person is allowed.
How will I be notified if I’m successful?
In early July, Mr & Mrs Smith will randomly draw names from the list of entrants. If your name is chosen, you’ll receive an email from us by 10 July, 2020, with the full list of participating hotels and details on how to secure the booking.
Can I choose which hotel I’d like to stay in?
Yes, you can choose to stay in any participating hotel, subject to availability. Room nights will be allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Can I choose the date of my stay?
Yes – when you stay is up to you, too, but you need to make your booking before 31 December, 2021, when the offer expires. Some hotels may also have a limited number of ‘blackout dates’ when the offer isn’t available.
What’s included during my stay?
Each overnight stay also includes breakfast for two. Travel to and from the hotel is not included. Any additional charges – meals other than breakfast, drinks, room service and activities – will be added to your bill at check-out.
Can I bring someone with me?
Of course – you can bring one guest with you for no extra charge, as long as your booking is for one double or twin room. Breakfast for your guest is included, too.
I can’t claim my night. Am I allowed to give it to a friend or family member to use?
Unfortunately, the offer is non-transferable and must be redeemed by the NHS or care home employee selected in the draw. The full terms and conditions can be found here.
