One of a series of three Vino Houses, Nykteri Villa is near Santorini’s vineyards and the village of Finikia. There are verandas to the front and back of the property, which means you’ll have views of both the sea and the vines, with an iconic blue and white church thrown in. Fairies keep everything in order (or perhaps just superlatively discreet staff) and will make breakfast for you every day, using organic produce straight from the grounds. There’s a lavender-flanked plunge pool, too, but the island’s famous black-sand beaches are also at hand for temperature control.
