  • Bedroom 2 on the lower level can be arranged with a king-size bed or twins. This 33-square-metre room has a private terrace at the front of the villa, a desk, and an ensuite bathroom with a separate shower.
  • Bedroom 3 (52-square-metre) on the lower level has its own terrace with sea views and a private lounge area with a sofa-bed, desk and space for a rollaway bed. This room has a king-size bed, walk-in wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom with a separate shower and bath tub.
  • Set on the upper level, 50-square-metre Bedroom 4 has a private terrace with countryside views, either a king-size bed or twins, a desk, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower.

  • Son Bunyola beach is a 20-minute walk away.
  • Palma is 35 minutes away by car.
