An ochre stone villa in the region’s typical style, four-bedroom villa Can Deia – with its infinity pool, intimate terrace and modern-meets-rustic interior – is an authentic slice of Mallorcan life. If you’re inspired by history, there’s the Moorish heritage of the village to explore, as well as its more recent bohemian tradition that gives it a unique personality. And if ancient stone walls and afternoons spent exploring galleries isn’t your idea of a day well spent, the exceptional coastline provides endless picturesque entertainment. Bring the family and exhaust yourselves hiking the Teix mountain (a Unesco World Heritage Site), marvelling at the splendour of centuries-old olive groves, or swim, surf and snorkel in pristine waters protected by scenic coves… all before retreating to your villa for a well-earned home-cooked meal on the terrace.
