Deposit Policy

Zanzibar White Sand requires a deposit of 20% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. For stays between 21 December to 7 January, a 20 per cent non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking with the remaining balance due 60 days prior to arrival. At all other times, a 20 per cent non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Please be aware that cancellations made later than 1 hour after booking will incur a charge of 20 percent. Please be aware that cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival will incur a charge in full.
