Deposit Policy

For stays during peak season (20 December 2024 to 6 January 2025), a 30% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 14 days before arrival. For stays during high season (1 November 2024 to 19 December 2024, 7 January 2025 to 31 March 2025), full prepayment is required 14 days before arrival. For stays during low and summer season (20 June to 31 October 2024, 01 Apr 2025 - 30 Jun 2025, 01 Jul 2025 - 31 Aug 2025, 01 Sep 2025 - 31 Oct 2025), full prepayment is required seven days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

For stays during peak season (20 December 2024 to 6 January 2025), cancellations are free up to 21 days before arrival. Cancellations made between 20 and 14 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total stay, and those made later will be charged in full. For stays during high season (1 November 2024 to 19 December 2024, 7 January 2025 to 31 March 2025), cancellations are free up to 14 days before arrival. Cancellations made between 13 to seven days before arrival will be charged for one night’s stay; those made between six and three days before arrival will be charged 50%, and those made later will be charged in full. For stays during low and summer season (20 June to 31 October 2024, 01 Apr 2025 - 30 Jun 2025, 01 Jul 2025 - 31 Aug 2025, 01 Sep 2025 - 31 Oct 2025), cancellations are free up to seven days before arrival. Cancellations made between six and four days before arrival will be charged for one night’s stay; those made between three and one day before arrival will be charged 50%, and those made later will be charged in full. At all times, no-shows and early departures will be charged in full.

Inside, the bedroom has a king-size bed; outside, the 19sq m terrace is decked out with a large sofa and a table for alfresco dinners. The sprawling ensuite bathroom has an oval freestanding bath tub, a separate walk-in rainfall shower and twin sinks.
