Deposit Policy

For stays during peak season (18 December 2023 to 7 January 2024), a 30% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 14 days before arrival. For stays during high season (9 January to 10 April 2023, 1 November to 17 December 2023 and 8 January to 1 April 2024), full prepayment is required 14 days before arrival. For stays during low season (11 April to 31 October 2023, 2 April to 30 June 2024 and 1 September to 31 October 2024) and summer season (1 July to 31 August 2024), full prepayment is required seven days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

For stays during peak season (18 December 2023 to 7 January 2024), cancellations are free up to 21 days before arrival. Cancellations made between 20 and 14 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total stay, and those made later will be charged in full. For stays during high season (9 January to 10 April 2023, 1 November to 17 December 2023 and 8 January to 1 April 2024), cancellations are free up to 14 days before arrival. Cancellations made between 13 to seven days before arrival will be charged for one night’s stay; those made between six and three days before arrival will be charged 50%, and those made later will be charged in full. For stays during low season (11 April to 31 October 2023, 2 April to 30 June 2024 and 1 September to 31 October 2024) and summer season (1 July to 31 August 2024), cancellations are free up to seven days before arrival. Cancellations made between six and four days before arrival will be charged for one night’s stay; those made between three and one day before arrival will be charged 50%, and those made later will be charged in full. At all times, no-shows and early departures will be charged in full.
