Deposit Policy

To confirm the reservation we request 30% of the total amount of the arranged booking. This deposit may be paid via credit card of bank transfer. The balance will be due 21 days before the date of arrival. Please note that in case of cancellation between 20 & 8 days before arrival, 50% of the total amount will be retained. In case of cancellation between 7 & 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount will be retained.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations of mid and high season stays (15 December 2022 and 10 April 2023) can be made for free up to 21 days before arrival; cancellations made 20 to eight days before arrival will be charged 50 per cent of the booking and cancellations made seven days or fewer before arrival will be charged in full. Peak season stays (23 December 2022 to 1 January 2023 and 10 February to 5 March 2023) can be cancelled for free up to 60 days before arrival; cancellations made 59 to 31 days before arrival will be charged 50 per cent of booking and cancellations made 30 days or fewer before the stay will be charged in full. Summer season stays (23 June to 12 September 2022) can be cancelled up to seven days before arrival without penalty. Cancellations made seven days before arrival will be charged in full.
