Deposit Policy

A deposit will be taken to confirm your booking with Smith Global Ltd. Should you need to cancel your stay, as long as you do so before the hotel's cancellation policy comes into effect, this deposit will be refunded in full. Any booking of 4 or more rooms on a particular night will be regarded as a group booking and a 25% deposit will be due 3 months prior to arrival and the balance payable 30 days prior to arrival.
