Deposit Policy

A charge of 25% of the total price (including tax) will be taken at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

For stays during high season (between 1 July and 30 September 2023 and 1 July and 10 September 2024), you’ll lose your 25 per cent deposit whenever you cancel. For stays during medium season (October 2023, between 23 December 2023 and 8 January 2024, 25 to 30 March 2024, 1 May to 30 June 2024, 11 September to 8 October 2024, and 23 December 2024 to 8 January 2025), you can cancel for free up to seven days before your arrival date; the 25 per cent deposit will be charged for cancellations made later. For bookings at all other times, cancellation is free with at least three days’ notice; cancellations made later will be charged the 25 per cent deposit.
