Deposit Policy

For stays in Rooms, Junior Suites and Suites at all times and for stays in Presidential Suites during low and middle season (16 March to 5 April, 10 to 30 April, 1 to 31 May and 1 October to 28 December), a credit card is required as a guarantee at the time of booking. For stays in Presidential Suites during high season (6 to 9 April, 1 June to 30 September and 29 December to 6 January), a 30% deposit is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival will be charged for one night of the stay. For stays in the Florio George V and Donna Franca suites: during low and mid seasons cancellations made within seven days of arrival will be charged for one night of the stay; during high season cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will be charged for one night of the stay
