Deposit Policy
Vik Chile requires a deposit of 50% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival.
For stays during high season (1 Nov to 31 Mar), 50% of the total stay must be paid at the time of booking. Payment is non refundable. The remaining 50% must be paid 60 days before the check in date.
For stays during mid season (1 Apr to 31 Oct), 50% of the total stay must be paid at the time of booking. Payment is non refundable. The remaining 50% must be paid 30 days before the check in date.
For stays during peak season (21 Dec to 2 Jan) & Carnival season (28 Feb to 4 Mar) and all stays on Bed and Breakfast or Half Board Rates, full non-refundable prepayment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
For stays during high season (1 Nov to 31 Mar), cancellations made within 90 days of arrival, will be charged 100% of the booking total.
For stays during mid season (1 Apr to 31 Oct), cancellations made within 60 days of arrival, will be charged 100% of the booking total.
For stays during peak season (21 Dec to 2 Jan) & Carnival season (28 Feb to 4 Mar), or reservations booked on the Bed & Breakfast Rate or Half Board Rate, cancellations are non refundable.
