Deposit Policy

Viceroy Los Cabos requires a deposit of 50% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. 50% of the booking total is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy

For stays 7 January-31 March: cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will forfeit the 50% deposit. For stays 1 April-31 October: cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will forfeit the 50% deposit. For stays 1 November-25 December: cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will forfeit the 50% deposit. For stays 26 December-4 January: cancellations made within 60 days of arrival will forfeit the 50% deposit.
